Arya Babbar is an Indian actor and writer, known for his work in Hindi and Punjabi cinema. He was born on 24 May 1981 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, to actor Raj Babbar and renowned stage artist Nadira Babbar. His family also includes his elder sister, actress Juhi Babbar, and his half-brother, actor Prateik Babbar.
He completed his schooling at Heritage Experiential Learning School and completed his graduation from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University. According to sources, he also completed his graduation in science from Mohanlal Sukhadia University.
The actor started his career in 2002 with the film “Ab Ke Baras”. According to sources, he was nominated for Most Promising Newcomer – Male at the Bay Star Screen Awards. He has worked with many renowned directors like Mani Ratnam, Madhur Bhandarkar, and Vikram Bhatt.
